What is Ria?

Ria (RIA AI) is a private AI assistant that works on WhatsApp, in an iPhone app and in the browser. You tell Ria what you need in one message; she plans the steps, contacts the right places, and comes back only when you need to decide or pay.

How is Ria different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT mostly tells you how to do something. Ria is built to do it for you: she remembers your preferences, contacts businesses, keeps confirmations and follows up after the task is done.

Will Ria send messages or pay without asking me?

No. Sending emails or messages, inviting people, sharing or deleting files, and anything involving money all need your confirmation first, with an exact preview of what will happen.

Do I need to download an app?

No. You can start on WhatsApp straight away. The iPhone app (beta) and the browser version share the same chats and memory.

What languages does Ria speak?

Ria replies in your language. Hong Kong users get Traditional Chinese (Cantonese) by default, and Ria can also send voice replies in 19 languages.

Is my information safe?

Ria serves only you. Passwords and login details are filtered out of memory, and messages, files and web pages from other people are treated as untrusted, so they can't instruct Ria.
